Shipping and returns

SHIPPING POLICY

All prices on the website exclude shipping fees. For detailed shipping costs please input your address in our shipping calculator during the checkout process, you will see different shipping options and prices to choose from. All Lift and Flow products are shipped from Lenart, Slovenia. All shipments will be processed and shipped within 24-48 business hours. If the order is processed on a weekend or holiday, your package will be shipped on the first business day. Lift and Flow cannot be held liable for any delays in delivery due to carrier mishandling, incorrect addresses or contact information or weather-related issues. After the order has been shipped we are not responsible for lost, damaged, delayed packages.

INCORRECT ADDRESS/CONTACT INFORMATION DISCLAIMER
In the case, we cannot process an order due to obvious incomplete shipping information, or payment we will notify you to correct the issue. Lift & Flow is not responsible for an incorrect address or contact information, return to sender or refused packages. It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the address correctly. Please confirm the address you are entering before placing an order. Lift & Flow has the right to charge an additional fee for any reshipments regarding lost packages or packages returned back to us. All orders with these issues must be addressed within 14 days of the most recent tracking scan or delivery date. Once a package has been shipped we cannot reroute to different addresses. You must contact the shipping service directly to make any changes. Incurring costs will be customers responsibility.

ORDER CANCELLATION
If you notify us before your order has been shipped, your cancellation request will be considered however not guaranteed due to the nature of our payment processing system. Once a package has been shipped we CANNOT cancel your order.

SHIPPING COSTS
The shipping rates in Slovenia are 2,5€. The shipping in all other countries worldwide is 6,5€.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

DIGITAL PRODUCTS
When purchasing digital products pursuant to point 13 of Article 43c of the Consumer Protection Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 98/04 – official consolidated text, 114/06 – ZUE, 126/07, 86/09, 78/11, 38/14, 19/15, 55/17 – ZKolT and 31/18) has no right to withdraw from the purchase for digital content available in the online store of the provider.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

In the event of material defects in the products or the supply of faulty products, the customer may exercise the rights in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. The buyer may exercise his rights arising from a material defect if he notifies the seller of the defect within two months from the day on which the defect was discovered. The buyer must describe the defect in more detail in the defect notice and allow the seller to inspect the item.

If the thing does not have the properties necessary for its normal use, or the seller’s previously known special use, or explicitly agreed properties, and if the consumer correctly notified the seller of the defect within the period referred to in the previous paragraph, he may request the seller to rectify the defect. With a defect, exchange of goods or refund of the purchase price. The costs of eliminating the material error shall be borne by the seller.

Please email shop@liftandflow.com with any all discrepancies, such as missing or damaged items, within 14 business days from delivery. All customers are responsible for reporting discrepancies before 14 days from delivery. Lift and Flow are not liable for any discrepancies reported after 14 days from delivery. To receive a replacement product, proof of error must be provided to us. In this case please provide us with the above information. All products must be in original condition. Any product that has been used or tampered with will not be eligible to be replaced. If the product is deemed defective by Lift and Flow, you will be eligible for a replacement of the same item. Once proof of error is received and inspected Lift and Flow will notify you via email to provide you with an address. We will also notify you if the replacement request has been rejected. Lift and Flow is not responsible for any extra shipping fees incurred in the replacement process.
