How are your band different from rubber resistance bands?
Our resistance bands are made from thick and durable material. There is a rubber strip on the inside that prevents sliding and rolling of the band. They are more comfortable on the skin and allow greater muscle activation than regular resistance bands.
How can I use glute bands?
They can be used for a variety of exercises. With the purchase, you will receive an exercise guide that shows the best glute activating exercises to use with the bands.
Light resistance band:
Exercises with a greater range of motion
20kg to 40kg
Medium resistance band:
Beginner to intermediate users
Wide range of exercises for targeting lower body
40kg to 60kg
Strong resistance band:
Exercises with a smaller range of motion
60kg to 80kg
What is the difference between glute bands?
Our resistance bands are all the same size but they are available in a range of colors and vary in intensity levels.
What resistance should I choose?
We suggest beginners always start out with light resistance, but you can use either resistance! It depends on what you are using the band for and your fitness level.
Can I wash my resistance bands?
If they need to be washed then we advise to handwash and leave them to air dry away from direct sunlight.
Do you deliver worldwide?
Yes! We ship all over the world.
What are the shipping rates?
The shipping rates in Slovenia are 2,5€. The shipping in all other countries worldwide is 6,5€.
What payments do you accept?
We accept payments from the following merchants through our secure third party Stripe gateway: Maestro, Mastercard, Visa, PayPal.
How soon will my order be shipped?
Orders placed on weekdays will be dispatched in 2 days. Please allow up to 48 hours from order confirmation to dispatch. Orders placed on Public Holidays or Weekends will begin their processing on the next business day.
Will I be charged customs and duties taxes?
International orders may be charged customs duties and taxes for your order. Duties and taxes will vary from country to country, so we’re unable to supply an estimated cost. Please note, you will be responsible for all duties, taxes and customs charges for orders placed on our website.
